Quality service. Was in a bit of a pickle due to poor time management and staff were able to take my dress for a rapid turn around time so I could wear it to a wedding ! My dress was cleaned and in brand new condition. Not a significant expense. Would recommend.

I cannot say enough about the customer service here.
This owner went above and beyond to make sure my trip was perfect.
Totally mistook the location to be open until 8pm, arrived at around 6:15ish only to realize they close at 6pm.
I frantically started messaging the owner through every channel possible. Within 30 mins, at 9pm at night, the owner contacted me and came to the location to ensure we had our items for travel.
I want to sincerely thank him for his kindness and care.
And the dry cleaning was FABULOUS!

I think if a dry cleaner can’t safely dry clean a specific item then they shouldn’t attempt it. I hate leaving a bad review but wouldn’t want someone else having important items destroyed. If you don’t care much about the item then it’s probably fine to use them.
