She didn’t rush me or push anything. She sat me down, let me try on a few toppers, and explained how they work so I could actually understand my options.
In the end, I decided to go short instead and she gave me a cut that completely brought my hair back to life. I honestly wish I had done it sooner. Love it.
What I appreciated most is that she didn’t try to sell me an expensive wig or go along with a drastic decision. She just gave me honest guidance and a great result.

I am very happy with the services provided at Anna's Hair Salon. Anna has a special ability to understand the client's unique needs and makes sure the services she provides meets those needs. She went out of her way to schedule my appointment even when she was fully booked and ensured the product and service was provided on time. Anna has incredible product knowledge and how this fits for each client. I like going to Anna's Hair Salon because she is very cheerful and always puts the client at ease, even when the situation is difficult. Thanks Anna. Your services are very much appreciated.

I’m writing this review on behalf of a close friend who doesn’t have a Google account but really wanted me to share her experience at Anna’s Wigs & Hairpieces in Ancaster.
My friend has been struggling with alopecia for a while, and I went with her to see Anna for support. From the second we walked in, Anna made her feel completely at ease. She was gentle, understanding, and took the time to find something that actually suited her face and lifestyle... no rush, no pressure.
When my friend tried on the piece Anna recommended, she lit right up. It looked incredibly natural, and you could see the relief and confidence come back almost instantly.
Anna has a warmth about her that’s hard to describe ...she treats every person who walks in like family. My friend left smiling again, and that alone says everything.
Highly recommend this place for anyone dealing with hair loss or just looking for someone who truly cares.

When my friend was diagnosed with cancer last year, we were completely lost. Between the treatments, the fear, and trying to keep her spirits up, I didn’t even know where to begin when her hair started falling out. A close friend referred us to Anna’s Wigs & Hairpieces in Ancaster, and from the moment we walked in, I knew we were in the right place.
Anna welcomed us like family. She didn’t rush us. She listened , really listened , to my friends fears, her insecurities, even her jokes to hide the pain. Anna took her time explaining every option and made sure she felt comfortable through every step. What touched me most was how much heart Anna put into everything she does. You can tell this isn’t just a business to her....it’s her purpose.
Even though I could tell she’s had her own challenges in recent years, she put all of that aside and focused completely on my friend, with so much care, compassion, and patience. That moment showed me the kind of person she truly is...someone who gives to others even when life hasn’t been easy for her.
And the quality of her work is absolutely beautiful. The wig my daughter chose looked and felt so natural ...the texture, the color, the craftsmanship ...it was beyond anything we expected. You could tell it was made with skill and attention to detail, not something rushed or off the shelf.
My friend left that day with tears in her eyes (happy ones), wearing a stunning wig that gave her a piece of herself back. But what she really left with was confidence ...something I hadn’t seen in her for months.
Anna told us she’s been doing this work for over 40 years, and you can feel that experience and compassion in every word and every touch. In a world that often feels so cold, meeting someone like Anna reminds you that kindness and care still exist.

Posting from my sons iPad. Anna is a liar and a thief. I believe she knows what she is doing and should be sued for fraud. I just purchased a wig for $485 expecting it to be the same soft real hair texture of the one I tried on, just in a darker color. My wig had to be ordered as she didn't have the same one in my colour choice. A few days later Anna called me that my wig had come in. That same day, I went back to have my new wig fitted and trimmed to my liking. When Anna put the wig on me it didn't look right and when I touched it, and tried to run my fingers through it, the texture was nothing like the one she told me I was getting only in a darker color. The wig she sold me was course and dry and had been machine sewn and felt like something cheaply made. She proceeded to trim it and I was still not feeling good about it but didn't say anything, as I wasn't sure if maybe the color had something to do with the texture. She then told me this one was machine made. I am quite certain the wig I originally picked and paid ahead of time for was hand sewn and heat friendly. Anna told me the one I had on that I paid for, was not heat friendly and was made by machine. I believe Anna is using good wigs to advertise but if your needing it in a different size, or colour, which I did, she orders it in having you believe it will be the same as you paid for which for me was almost 500 dollars but what I got was cheap and fixed up to fool you as the surface or top part of the wig is alright but the underneath is cheap and dry. I believe Anna is using good toppers and attaching them by machine to a cheap wig underneath. That is false advertising and a felony. This woman is preying on vulnerable women and she has been getting away with it for too long. I say it's time to make a class action lawsuit against her. We can gather up as many women as we can who have been victims of fraudulent activity. Let's stand together and shut this business down. She deserves to be sentenced to prison for all the women she has taken advantage of when they trusted her during their most vulnerable time of need.

Anna sold me a synthetic topper for $500! Later I found out the same topper is sold for less than $50! This is an outrageous price! She took advantage from my lack of knowledge and experience! I don't recommend going to her at all.

Anna was helpful until I paid for the wig. I was promised she would cut it to suit my face when it came in. That didn't happen and I was rushed out. I asked about her fitting it she said I would get used to it. Not happy. 1200. Down the drain
