Nick took care of everything in my furnace room, furnace, AC and water heater. He is very professional, knowledgeable and responsible. This week I found some water on the floor of my furnace room, and then called Nick immediately. Nick was already off work, but he answered my phone call very patiently. After I described the issue to him, Nick told me that the drain of the AC was clogged. Nick could have just come to my house and charged me $150 for the job, but he did not. Instead, he taught me over the phone, based on the photos I took, how to unclog the AC drain line, step by step. I am very greatful that Nick responed to customers' issue even during his off time, and helped customers to save money.
