I called Rob at 3:00 am due to an emergency flood. Even though he was extremely busy due to the state of emergency in Grimbsy, he was able to send out Trevor to our home and assess the cause of the flood by 8:00 that same day. Trevor did a very good job assessing, figured out the cause and cleaned up my home with no mess left behind at all. Thank you so much for coming so quickly for us, being so kind, we really appreciate it.
We had a main drain backup late at night, and with my senior mother living in the basement and needing access to the toilet, we couldn’t wait until morning. Plumb Pros responded quickly and sent Colin out to help. He did an excellent job getting everything flowing again and really saved the night for us. Colin and Trevor are great guys and they are very knowledgeable and professional. They showed up in a timely manner. and were able to remove and install my son’s laundry tub the same day. Highly recommend these guys.
