We had a relaxing stay at Millcroft this past week for a couple nights. We stayed in the Croft room. We had one room near the end of the row and it was a little too “rustic” out back. We talked with staff at check-in and they were able to change our room to one closer to the parking lot. They even walked us over to check out the new room to make sure it met with our approval. We were very grateful for allowing us to change room but to also walk over with us and allow us to make sure we liked was a very nice touch.

Went as a small bachelorette group to Millcroft and had a great time. They were super easy and friendly to coordinate booking with all seven ladies. Unfortunately, the day of, they were not able to accommodate one of our RMT massages because they had someone call in sick. They communicated with us right away and made sure we were taken care of and comped the massage because of it. Excellent service and experience - will be back again.
We went for a girls day to the spa. As soon as we arrived they told us two of our pedicures had to be moved to 3 hours later, which wasn't possible for us to attend.
The change rooms were nice; the free coffee/tea on-hand was also appreciated.
The pools were spacious but the steam room was quite small, and others wouldn't come in if our group of 4 was inside. The cold plunge was amazing, and the hot tubs were definitely hot enough.
At lunch we were told the fryer was broken and that they were short-staffed so our sandwiches took an hour to come out.
