Brought our 5 year old Bernese here today for our first visit - his previous groomer retired - and they were amazing from my call to drop off to pick up. And my boy is soo handsome they did a great job! Thank You!!!
I've been bringing my dogs here for a long time. They always do a wonderful job. I brought in my Lilli today and she looked AMAZING after her groom so I wanted to leave this review today. Highly recommended.
I brought my two GSDs to The Puppy's Place to have them groomed and the experience was PHENOMENAL!!! I mentioned concerns that I had and negative experiences that my pups had gone through. The ladies were very attentive and gave me step by step details of how they were going to approach my concerns. The ladies paid such great attention to my pups, that when I went to pick them up, their tails were wagging with excitement.
I can't thank you ladies enough. I have definitely found my new groomer location.
