“I came in on a walk in basis for an eyebrow wax and shellac pedicure. I was able to secure a spot immediately and the staff were courteous. There was even a friendly dog at the dog walking around and enjoy pets which is adorableThe Salon its self is very aesthetically pleasing, calm, and clean. The massage chairs are comfortable, the lighting is beautiful too, and it looks to be a repeating clientele base! I love the greenery in here too.The prices are okay ($74 for a shellac pedicure and eyebrow wax) and the service is courteous and efficient which I appreciate in a time crunch.I’ll be recommending this to my friends in the Durham region!“

“This was my first time going to Chatters. I booked my appointment with them through their website the day before. My appointment was booked for 10am, however the salon ended up opening at 10:15 due to unforeseen circumstances (not an issue for me).Nadia was my hair stylist. She was kind, attentive, and offered great conversation. As it was my first time getting highlights, she showed me many options and told me which tones would work well in my hair. She then took her time to section and bleach my hair so precisely. I really appreciated her attention to detail.I also got a hair cut and style, and couldn't believe how my hair transformed in the end. She did an outstanding job. And best of all, my haircut ended up getting comped due to the slight wait in the morning.I definitely will be booking with Nadia for all my hair needs in the future!“

“I must say I was incredibly impressed with the fact that the tech who did my nails got the shape right to fit my hands. Service was phenomenal! They got me an apt the same day of calling last minute and I did not have to wait when I got in. I was seated right away, there was no uncomfortable speaking of mandarin and the atmosphere and aesthetics of the shop is modern and fresh.
