Despite that, I’m leaving this positive review because I witnessed such patience and care in Michelle and the entire staff team when dealing with an elderly Indian woman who barely spoke English. Her son dropped her off and didn’t explain to her that the staff team were only able to do her toes today due to his son’s error in the type of appointment he booked. He had neglected to translate and just left her. They were very patient and seemed to know her as they attempted to call his son but he didn’t pick up. They still did her toes and ensured she was comfortable, had something to drink, and that she was taken care of. I have not seen such kind customer service like this in some time and it was lovely to witness. A business worth my money.“

I came in with my 11-year-old daughter and her friends, and she absolutely loved her nails. She’s very picky when it comes to nail art, but she was so happy with how they turned out. The technician looked at the reference photo and recreated the design with no hesitation.

My daughter has very small nail beds, and at most salons, we’re told her nails are too small or they don’t offer nail art for kids. But not here—they were welcoming, professional, and did a beautiful job.

So the base she used a nail polish that changes color according to temperature. So when it is hot it’s a sparky clear color and when it is cold it becomes this sparky pink (super cool). Loved the 3D flowers she did plus the gold and white accents really compliment each other. Definitely recommend coming to her.
