I had a really great experience here! I got my nails done for my birthday and the team was so kind and accommodating. I came back to adjust the shape and colour slightly, and they were super understanding and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. I really appreciated the care and effort they put in, and I’m so happy with how my nails turned out in the end! Such a lovely atmosphere and great customer service — I’ll definitely be back.
Gave this place another chance since my last visit wasn't a great experience, left feeling disappointed. However I went back today to get a refill with powdered Gel, Susan took her time to fulfill the design I requested. She made sure to check for satisfaction along the way. Will be going back again.

I have been coming here now for a little over a year. Every nail tech is kind, helpful and very talented. I work in the restaurant industry so my nails are put through hell daily. My nails stand up so well weeks after I get a refill. Thank you for all of your hard work, your amazing talents and just being awesome.
I do not want to disparage anyone that has reviewed ombré in a poor light, as that was your experience.
However I’m there every 3-4 weeks, they are always on time, they always treat me so nice and they care about everyone that comes in there.
