We called The Hot and Cool Guys when our furnace stopped pumping out heat all of a sudden and Otto came on the same day. He was professional, knowledgeable & personable, and we will definitely call again when needed.

I hired Otto to replace my air conditioner and he showed up the same day and the unit was installed the next day. This was during a time that there were shortages of air conditioners. He has also made the time to stop by check on a few other things for me. Thanks Otto
