ok, last update. i actually got a call on april 9 they left a message since i was at work. but that's where the good news ends, i called back the next day and had to leave a message but have heard nothing back since. so if you want to actually have someone that values your choosing to use their service they are NOT the choice. STAY AWAY!
Horrible place. Horrendously rude customer service and ripoff artists. I signed up for a membership in Yukon 15th St. Barcode on sticker didn't scan. Have been back twice both times was told my account was assigned to no one. Chatted with customer service. Same outcome. Waiting for someone from "tier2" to get back to me. Called headquarters and left a message. I demand a refund and cancellation of my membership. The worst part was the rude attendant who told me I had an attitude because they couldn't find my acct. the young man is the same young man that signed me up on 11/14/23.
Yukon location broke my mirror off my mercedes, I was quoted 1500-1800 to fix it. There was no damage prior to entering their car wash, I left my information. No phone call no apology, nothing.
