Charlie's Car Wash is a popular local business that has been providing quality car washing and detailing services to the community. Based on the reviews, the facility features a nice indoor waiting area with clean restrooms and snacks available for customers. The car wash service is reliable, with one customer stating that the interior cleaning was "worth it" and another expressing satisfaction with the job done on their car's interior, which was in poor condition prior to the visit. Customers also appreciate the internal cleaning and detailing area, with one mentioning that their car was hand dried indoors after the wash.
The facility offers an express interior detailing for $25, including floor mats and air freshener, though some customers felt they still needed to do some cleaning themselves afterward. One reviewer described the waiting room as "incredibly nice" and appreciated being able to watch the cleaning process.
However, there are occasional issues. One customer had a less than ideal experience when an employee used an aggressive tone and yelled at them, which was deemed "extremely over-the-top" and "unprofessional." Thankfully, the manager was noted for professionalism in handling the situation and listening to the customer's concerns.
Overall, Charlie's Car Wash is a well-regarded business that provides good quality services. The facility and customer experience are highly praised, though some feel the value does not always match the cost. The management seems to address customer concerns effectively, maintaining its positive reputation.
I like Charlie's. Ride thru the auto wash and A) use free vaccums, B) pay to have interior wiped down and vaccumed or C) add an exterior dry and shine. There is a lobby where you can see your car thru the windows, restrooms, vending machines, some air fresheners and other auto supplies so you may shop while you wait. They do a quick and fantastic job. Friendly and efficient.
I am visiting Yukon from Wisconsin. Brother gave me a coupon for a free wash. Got a clean car, great service, professional, fast, helpful, and friendly. After the wash I paid $25 for a simple interior detail: vacuum, clean windows, mats, leather, and vinyl throughout.—5 stars!⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I use to like coming here, even though they are a little pricey. But when I came to get my usual car wash and do the tire shine add on it wasn’t available and they said they only offer it with the $25 car wash now. Seems like they are trying to make people get the most expensive car wash for basic services
