My air conditioner went out and it was hot and uncomfortable. I called Shockley's after receiving a recommendation but it was a few minutes after they had closed. I left a text. Early the next morning they texted me back to make arrangements to come out that day. They kept in touch and soon the air conditioner was back up and running. I appreciate the great service and honest people I can trust. It was a pleasure doing business with Shockley's Heat and Air. Thank you very much.

Hands down the best company I have ever worked with! My AC went down on the hot day of the year so far and Zach was able to get us back up and running. Thank you Shockley for be efficient, reasonably priced and kind to my family in our time of need. I would give this company 10 stars if I could.
