Front desk personnel always act like we’re interrupting them if we check in or need to schedule. They’re even worse if you have to call to reschedule or cancel. They will never reschedule and always say they have no openings without even checking. Very rude and not understanding at all. I loathe going because of the staff, but this is the closest therapy to where I’m located.
