He helped troubleshoot before dropping off the computer. He was very quick to look at it once dropped off. Charged a very reasonable price. Fix the computer quickly. Would absolutely recommend Jake's computer repair!

Called to get check to see if he did iPad repair. Spent time telling helping me find a place to go. Then went beyond the call with to help me with other technical questions!! Will be back in the future.

Jake was super on communication and being a class act. I had messed up re-mounting my CPU due to a heatsink issue, and bent some pins in the process. Thinking my CPU was done due to my own screw up, I figured I'd reach out to Jake as a last minute save. Not only did he manage to fix the CPU, he figured out the issue with my heatsink, ordered new thermal paste, applied it, and mounted everything with no issue. Literally saved me $400 or so. He was very supportive and informative during the process and communicated fantastically.
