I was having some computer issues after a move. I called up Jake and explained to him the situation to the best of my abilities. He then told me a few things I could do myself to try to reset the computer's memory. I followed the steps he gave me, and my computer started functioning like a champ again. He didn't try to get me to bring it in just to get some cash from me. If I ever have an issue with my computer again he will be my go to.

Jake diagnosed my problem over the phone on a very rundown and antiquated Laptop. Only reason I am using outdated computer at all, is for the software programs loaded in computer which communicate to machines at large facility. These programs aren't compatible with updated computer models. So, we deal with old and fading Laptop that I could not even start up. Jake had me restart it in safe mode. Problem solved. Not only did Laptop restart, I was able to access software programs.I am grateful to Jake. Should you have computer issues, call this man!

I have built many PCs over the years. I have never had an issue in those builds. In my recent one I could not figure out what was wrong. I took it in to Jake and he helped me find the issue. He even continued to communicate with me over the next week as some other problems arose and gave me ideas on troubleshooting. I highly recommend him as a helpful and knowledgeable computer repairman!

Phill had gotten something, a bug or something on his computer. I recently moved to Yukon and after a long drive, I set up my computer only to find it wasn't working. I gave Jake a call and he suggested that it was probably a loose wire, which I eventually found, and had things up and running. A few weeks pass and I decided to update my SSD - the cloning software corrupted everything, and my computer was basically unusable. Jake sent me a video showing how to fix the problem, and I had it solved in an afternoon. He seems like a very cool and knowledgeable guy and I appreciate his quick response time!
