Nick and Jarrod were both great people. Very professional and efficient. The drains in the attic were clogged and they cleaned all out and installed a new valve to help clean next time. Also added Freon to the unit.

We had a great experience with Hardin! Thomas came out to service our A/C and was fantastic from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough in explaining everything he was doing during the maintenance. The entire process was fast, easy, and respectful of our time. The appointment window was accurate, the service was efficient, and the quality of the maintenance was outstanding. As a bonus, Thomas was wonderful with our dogs, which made the visit even more enjoyable.
It’s hard to beat the level of customer service and professionalism we received. I highly recommend Hardin and especially Thomas for anyone needing A/C service or maintenance!
