Our HVAC system gave out only a friday only a few months after another tech installed new coils. When we gave him a call, he said he couldnt come until Monday morning. I called CCE due to really good recs from Yukon Happenings fb group and they were awesome.
They showed up by the next morning. Joey checked everything out and was completely transparent with everything going on up there and even took pictures and took the time to explain everything and answer every question. They found that the previous tech mightve also not done his due diligence regarding a few other areas which we find troubling. We had the unfortunate situation of needing to replace our 23 year old heat and air unit. Martin, Joey, and the team made the process very easy and painless. We were gone all day while they installed. The guys cleaned up after themselves. We never knew they were there other than a HUGE difference in air movement in the house. I HIGHLY recommend this group. Family owned and operated. Which is very evident by their work.
I can’t say enough about how professional this company is. Do they have taken care of you for many years. Kimber is amazing. She’s like a juggler, but with octopus arms because she has to handle so many things at the same time. She is simply a pleasure to work with.
