I am so incredibly grateful to Genesis Carpet Cleaning!!! Today was honestly a disaster. I was trying to clean my carpets myself, and the machine completely broke, dumping nasty, dirty dog water all over my floors. My house smelled awful, and I was already stressed and overwhelmed. I had a great experience with Genesis Carpet Cleaning. They came out late in the evening on a weekend when I really needed help, which I really appreciated. They were professional and friendly, and did a great job. My carpets look and smell so much better now. I’d definitely recommend them if you need reliable carpet cleaning.

They were responsive and quick to get scheduled. They were very informative and had fair pricing- the carpets were clear of stains, and I'm happy with the end product. They also use a high-powered agitator and suction vs. the hand-held wand some other companies use.
