A trusted, dedicated, and capable GC makes a huge difference, especially with a long distance project, and David checked all those boxes. I'm the point of contact for a small investment group new to the OKC market and basically have to ask questions and negotiate conditions for multiple partners. That does not make me an easy client but David was patient, understanding and accommodating.
