This place is horrible. The wait times, the management, staff, and service. I have had countless examples of horrible service from incorrect charges, extended wait times, incorrect scheduling, and the staff makes rules up as they go. Their team can have you waiting 30 mins to over a hour but they are upset when you chose to reschedule. This practice is a circus.

Not going back. One lady started the cleaning but another finished it. Asked if the x-rays were included in price quoted earlier and was assured it was fine. Not true. Waited for dentist to review after the cleaning for over 20 minutes. Decided to just check out since by this time we had been there an hour and a half already (950 am to 1130am). Receptionist was somewhat short at check out. I wasn't happy either.

My cleaning appointment ended 2 hours after it was supposed to start. My appointment was scheduled for 2pm I got there 10min early. I was not taken into a room until 2:50 then I got my x-rays and teeth polished. And the doctor didn’t come in until 30 minutes later he only took 5min. After that the hygienist didn’t come in until 30 min after that. I was there for just over 2 hours, and it should never take that long for a cleaning. I think I might be looking for a new dentist.

Terrible office. To start staff goes to work looking all drab. Then one of them chased me all over the office to charge me for a copay I had already paid. Lack of tact. They sent me still another charge saying it was the insurance when it was their logo. A staffer started butting in the conversation when I complained. She said it happened to her. I don’t care what happened to you! As far as the dental work it was awful. The filling already fell off after two years or less. Now the crown fell off as well. TERRIBLE WORK!!!!!!!

place is a joke!! The braces side doesn’t communicate with the dentist side every time we go its a absolute mess!! Once my kid gets braces off we will never be back!!
