However, I have noticed a decline in the professionalism of the office in recent months. During my last few calls, the reception was unprofessional, with staff answering in a casual manner and failing to properly identify the office. Additionally, when no appointments are available, there appears to be a lack of effort to inquire about potential cancellations or to take my information.
As a result, I am considering switching to a practice that demonstrates greater concern for patient care
