Joseph went above and beyond to make sure our system was up and running. He is very knowledgeable and got it fixed super fast. The whole experience from making the first call to the office to paying the bill was very professional and easy to navigate. If you have any heat and air issues, give them a try. Our thermostat screen went blank, and wouldn’t come back on. I scheduled the appt between 8-10am, and Joseph got here at 8am sharp. After checking a few things with the heating unit, he determined the issue was as simple as the breaker switch was off, and that’s why the thermostat wasn’t getting power. It turns out there was a power surge in this area when the thermostat stopped working.
We’re first time homeowners, and he was nice enough to take the time to educate us about what happened, and how to fix it next time on our own. He even saved us the cost of an appliance vendor when he advised the surge probably tripped the dryer breaker. Turns out he was right....read full review
