Southwest Heating and Air went above and beyond for our family! When our AC stopped cooling in May, their technician was professional, kind, and explained all our options clearly. Seth came out to assess our needs, listened to our concerns, and provided detailed quotes that fit both our needs and budget. We chose to install a geothermal unit with zoning, and even though there was a wait, the team kept us informed every step of the way. They even brought us window units to help during the heat! The new system works great—our house stays cool and comfortable. Highly recommend this honest, hardworking crew!
