Air-conditioning went out in the house 930PM last night called Cross heat & air this morning. They were here fast before lunchtime. Brenton got us fixed up super fast in about 30 minutes we have air conditioning again. HUGE THANK YOU Brenton and Great CUSTOMER Service!
I had my hvac unit go out around 7pm 2 days ago. I just wanted it assessed at the drop in rate. We went ahead and did the capacitor, but was warned the blower motor sounded awful. He said it'd be $275 today or $700 total to put my blower motor on in the moment. I didn't really have even the $275 to begin with so we just ran with that. Before I even got home from work I think the motor went out. Called the next day I was frustrated, as we slept in a 91 degree house until about 1 am. House sat at no less than 85 the rest of the night. It sucked. They came back out and did the blower motor for the remaining amount. Borrowed the money, but we got it done.
