I've been here several times, but today I had my best experience so fat in ANY ulta location. Faith was our cashier, and she recommended a palette for me and recommended my daughter to change to a different cleanser after my daughter commented she has sensitive skin. She was so helpful and patient with us, would definitely be coming more often here even if it's not the closest location for me, and would definitely be looking for Faith.

Michelle’s staff is so kind and accommodating! They let me do two transactions at my request, and when they were unfortunately out of the birthday gift they happily substituted it even though I told them I was okay passing on the gift if they were out. Amazing customer service, love for the ulta team as always ?✨

I was on vacation here, and needed to pick up a quick few items that I had forgotten to pack prior to my trip. Alli was an absolute DELIGHT helping me find what I needed, as well as giving me recommendations for new products to try!! I would almost fly across the country again just to visit this store in hopes that Alli is there to help me lol. I hope she keeps up the great work, and I HIGHLY recommend this Ulta to anyone in the area or traveling through!
