Michaela Speer did my hair! I was getting ready for a job interview and my hair was a complete disaster! She toned it for me, then corrected it for me the next time, with an Olaplex treatment, it was amazing. I have plans with her to discuss further treatments, extensions and other things! She’s super sweet and helpful. You can call/text/message her, no matter how ridiculous the question may be, and that’s huge for hair disasters. Thank you so much!Services: Hair styling

Omg! Ask for Brett! He is without a doubt the best JC Penney's best stylist! Great relaxing hair wash, and he NAILED the haircut I asked for. I showed him a photo for just a few seconds and he gave me exactly what I asked for!

I've been meaning to review my amazing experience at the Woodland Hills JcPenney Salon for weeks now! I had been wanting a change in my hair, and with my tax return on the way, I decided to see if someone would brainstorm with me about what I wanted before I made an appointment. Megan (Meg) sat down with me and listened to my hair "sob story" and looked through all the pictures I had of what I wanted. She understood what I was looking for, and assured me that I could pull off the length I was going for. I booked an appointment that day.
