Allison at Tulsa Strings was instrumental (har har) in transporting my cello safely internationally. Excellent customer service. Longer story follows:

I needed to bring my cello on an international flight and sought to acquire a BAM flight cover within a week. On BAM's website, I was directed to purchase from a local seller, where Tulsa Strings was listed. I called the shop and spoke to Allison a few times (always polite, informative, and in good humor) about the timeline and cost for getting one through the shop.

This was our fourth visit to Tulsa Strings. We keep coming back from Oklahoma City because Allison is such a pleasure to work with. She guided us through the selection process to get the right instruments. I bought a cello last year and my husband just bought a viola. For something that could be very stressful, Allison and the great atmosphere made our purchase process easy and relaxing.

I came in to buy new strings, a shoulder rest, bow, and rosin. Ms. Johnston helped me and made the entire process so much easier than I thought it would be! She gave me great insight and advice of which brands were better and the differences between them. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and she did whatever she could to help me. She was very patient and did not pressure me to choose or buy anything. I will absolutely go here that next time I need something because I know I will be well taken care of!!!
