They were amazing! I came in last minute on a Friday needing a shirt altered for a cosplay convention on Sunday. Even though they don’t work over the weekend, the lady was kind enough to rush it for me, and it turned out perfect. They even waited after the shop closed so I could pick it up. Very kind, helpful, and professional — I really appreciate them!

I have three sport coats that I took to several dry cleaners to see if they could repair some bubbling that happened under the fabric in the chest area. The dry cleaners could not help me. Sarah's was able to get all three of them as good as new and saved me from buying three new suits.

It's a cute little place not far from me and friendly staff. I thought $18 was a bit high to have a zipper replaced on a pair of khakis for my son but we're new to the area and haven't found our local tailor shop yet.
