I have received the absolute best care from Dr. Powell and the rest of the crew here at Optimal Health and Wellmess. During my pregnancy and now during my postpartum period, the level of care has been second to none. I feel I receive quality time with each provider really taking the time to explain things and make sure my body and babies are set up for optimal health and connection. Dr. Sonda is amazing with kids. Our daughter has major sensory issues, and she explained to her everything she was doing before she did it. She made her feel comfortable and safe. We highly recommend her for any kids that have issues with touch. We are very pleased with her!
