I have received the absolute best care from Dr. Powell and the rest of the crew here at Optimal Health and Wellmess. During my pregnancy and now during my postpartum period, the level of care has been second to none. Dr. Sonda is amazing with kids. Our daughter has major sensory issues, and she explained to her everything she was doing before she did it. She made her feel comfortable and safe. We highly recommend her for any kids that have issues with touch. We are very pleased with her!
Everyone in this office is knowledgeable, helpful, and absolutely lovely. Sonda has helped me through two pregnancies and Amanda has been an invaluable resource in helping resolve weird aches and pains that may have otherwise been written off as something else.
