“I just had the most pleasant experience today, with my Loan from Payment 1. I called Ms. Vickie Helm before arriving and she absolutely told me what to have prepared. Upon arrival she greeted me before the front door closed. She is so helpful and down to Earth. She took care of me, it seemed to be less than 30 minutes.
