I just had the most pleasant experience today, with my Loan from Payment 1. I called Ms. Vickie Helm before arriving and she absolutely told me what to have prepared. Upon arrival she greeted me before the front door closed. She is so helpful and down to Earth. She took care of me, it seemed to be less than 30 minutes. All the while of muli-tasking the mailman and even another customer who also seemed very happy to be making his payment. I've never been so satisfied with being helped, while going through the humbling experience of asking someone to please help Me. I have extremely bad credit and always get denied. I really thought this was going to be another one of those times where I would get denied and wasted my time. But I got APPROVED! Nicki is the absolute best and extremely kind. The whole process was quick and painless!
