Dee and Frieda are always so nice. They treat me with respect every time I walk in to make a payment. One day I accidentally locked my keys in my truck. I called them to see if I could come get “their set” of my keys. While they were unable to do that Frieda drove my keys to me so that I could unlock my truck. She drove from Tulsa to Collinsville just to do so. This exemplifies awesome customer service!!
