I just got scammed, they say that won’t prescribe me until the symptoms get worse, I’m in pain and the inflammation in my eye is more than obvious , I try to talk to someone for help but they don’t care , and of course they charge me , so frustrating that I came for help and I left without money and no help

Please for the love of god get better translators. Every time I speak to the front desk I can’t understand them and they can’t pronounce a lot of English words right including my name and I have proof in my voicemail. Although my dr is amazing she listens to what I say and makes sure I have a plan moving forward. They need a new phlebotomist and I made a report with hr because I was left with a hematoma and have pictures of that as well. If it wasn’t for my doctor taking care of me I’d be going somewhere else. English and customer service needs to be improved as well as a new phlebotomist. This is coming from a phlebotomist myself.

The personal from social services Violeta and Heidi are extremely happy to help, I had difficult experiences with many other clinics and this is the only one that respect the time of every client, since the personal from the front desk to the nurses, the doctors, and the two amazing ladies I mentioned in the beginning are the cherries on the top 🫶🏼 thank you for taking care of my whole family
