I changed my mother 89 yr old to this Clinic after seeing a news story on Oak Street Health on TV and due to her being a senior and not being able to get her into her normal PCP for months out as he got real busy in his practice . I am also a nurse and I can say that the clinic is smooth, from registration to back office . They are very patient , kind and considerate. Well ran organization. Clean and friendly

Helpful staff. My questions were answered quickly & concisely. Very, very nice waiting room & a super lounge makes the experience special, unique. A great deal of time was given to me, this is unusual & wonderful!

It was a very good experience for me. All the staff was very informative for the role that they played.The Doctor Sara Evans was more than I could have expected. She went far above in answering my questions. She listened to everything I said. Very happy I made this choice.
