Total Health Fitness Aquatics

This pool has been a lifesaver for me, and 89 year old woman. Can't keep up with classes, but can exercise at my own speed. Usually have nice people to talk to as well as young people who help if we need it.

If I could give this facility 20 stars, I would. Not only is it anInclusive environment for people of all ages and especially those with disabilities, but the instructors are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The staff greet you by name Every. Single. Time. And It really just make it feel like you’re part of a family and not just “going to the gym”. The management team is phenomenal as well, always quick with a response and make it a point to get to know their members. I could go on and on about how wonderful Total Health is but nothing I could say would come close to actually experiencing the environment yourself.
