I always enjoy getting my hair done there or just stopping by to see my cousin that works there. She is just returning after having foot surgery. Indulge did some major updating with all new color scheme. Really a nice atmosphere.

The is a GREAT GYM! I have been training at this gym for over two years and have accomplished a lot of goals because of the owner/coach Lauren and coach Josh! They really care about everyone who steps into the gym! Not only a great gym for just normal workouts but also great for anyone looking to do or start ninja warrior or OCR events! Could not be more of a better atmosphere for anyone starting a fitness journey!

I signed my 9 year old son up for the ninja warrior classes about a month ago and I am so very happy and pleased with that decision. The atmosphere is friendly and inviting, the facility is like nothing I have personally seen around here, filled with tons of upper and lower body obstacle equipment. I would recommend this gym to children and adults alike.
