A/C failed Sunday afternoon. I called B and L before I realized it was a city power failure. Skyler called and was very helpful, recommending that we turn off the ac units at the breaker. When electricity was restored and we turned the breakers on, the compressors didn’t cycle on again. I called Skyler again and he was again so helpful. After a bit more time and another reset, the units are working well. I appreciate Skyler’s prompt response and expertise. Thank you! We are long time customers and have never been disappointed.
I got help from Matt at B&L last week. Even though the main problem was that I hadn't cleaned the filters on our AC unit, and I had heard that before, Matt was patient with me and helped me understand the issue. He also helped me better determine when the filters need to be cleaned. He is an outstanding professional, and I would be happy to work with him and B&L again!
