I'm new to Stillwater and was having issues with my HVAC system. Jackson, from Sitton Mechanical, LLC came by and fixed the problem. Very pleasant young man. Knowledgeable of the task to be done. He explained everything to me and did a very good job. Thank you for quick response and professionalism.

I engaged Sitton upon the recommendation of a business owner here in town. I’ve found this company to be very professional! I received a text with a photo of the service man that would be arriving and Jackson, arrived on time, clean and professionally dressed, and was very respectful. I was given a full description of work that was to be performed upon my agreement, photos of the damaged parts were shown to me, and the work was done quickly and completely. After the work was done, I was shown that the machine was operating as expected. I would highly recommend them.

So glad you were able to schedule me on the same day I called. Jackson was polite and professional. I thought $750 was a steep price for a new fan motor and condenser cleaning; however, the A/C seems to be working much more efficiently.
