Our sweet pug was sent for cremation one month ago. Aside from THREE days of bad weather there was nothing else to delay us getting him back. I had to call and finally get unkind with the vets office (South Haven never answers their phone conveniently) and magically he is expected tomorrow. I doubt we will even be getting OUR dog back at this point. My daughter is in school for funeral services and I will be sure to spread the word on the lack of care pets will receive if sent here

I brought my beautiful baby Bean to this place to get him cremated and haven’t been able to get ahold of him or catch him since to pick him up, as if losing my little cuddle bug I can’t even get the place I took him for his cremation to even answer the phone after I’ve paid my bill. The number on the door is disconnected so if you cannot get service to look the number up again you won’t be able to call but even when you do find a number it just rings and rings they don’t even have an answering service. I cannot even have my final grieving moments because they won’t answer and are not around during their so called business hours. I just want my dogs remains...read full review
