Walked in and within a few minutes had a beautifully crafted bouquet. Excellent work. Worth the drive from the metro to get a quality array of flowers. New favorite florist. Lifetime customer made.

I called Alma's Flowers to place an order for my customer (I work at a florist in Illinois). Hands down some of the best customer service shop to shop I've had. Abigail was detailed oriented and friendly. Alma's Flowers ended up handling all of the funeral arrangements for who I wanted to send for AND Abigail even ensured she'll choose a plant for my customer that wasn't already ordered by someone else.
