I worked with Yates Roofing on an entire new Fortified Roof. The entire process was refreshingly pleasant. It began with Allen and the initial assessment and bid process. I had assessments from 2 other companies, but Allen's was by far the most comprehensive, the most professional, and just gave me an overall good feeling about spending my money with them. All 3 bids were essentially the same price, so the choice had to come down to more than that. Allen made sure I understood every aspect of what made the Fortified rating different that an average roof replacement and answered all my questions quickly and thoroughly

Best roofing company to work with. Chris was the best agent specialist to work out all the details. I appreciated his time and expertise esp in letting me know areas to turn into my insurance. Will always to him and Yates for my roofing needs.
Greg with Yates Roofing resolved a long term leak in my dormers with ease.
