I expressed to them of my dogs aggressive behavior with other animals and they accommodated me by allowing me to come when it was not busy. Very good experience for all. My vet was very helpful with suggestions for allergies medications.

The staff and veterinarian at Woodlake treated me and my adopted feral cat with respect and dignity.
He had a really bad infestation of ear mites and fleas. He was miserable and hurting himself scratching.
They treated him kindly and took extra time to make sure all of his needs were addressed.
