I am so grateful for Dr. West and his whole care team! Dr. West was able to get me into surgery pretty quickly the week I fractured my ankle and I’m very pleased with the recovery so far. Dr. West and his nursing team made me feel comfortable and at ease on a scary day. Not only were his nurses great but the anesthesiologist also took some time out of his morning to explain the procedure to me before surgery time. I also loved how a couple of days after my surgery, I got a follow up phone call asking how had I been doing and if I needed anything else before my follow up appointment. Small gestures like that truly make a difference. Thank you for all you do!
He gave me a good update on my knee. The condition of my knee and some of the things look out for so I was very satisfied with what he said and the process that I went through when I was there.
I was in waiting room maybe 5 minutes, then called back to second waiting room. She said I will go ahead and take you back to a room. She checked me in and said Dr will be with you shortly. He sure was!!! I was done in a very short time and on my way!! Dr West is the best!!! I am home and recuperating nicely!! I would recommend him to anyone and I actually have!! The staff is awesome as well!! Just a great group all around!!
