My elderly mother had a follow up appointment with Dr Geib. We arrived 30min early as requested even though we completed all the necessary patient information online. They were moderately busy, about eight patients already checked in and waiting for several different doctors. We checked in and waited, and waited, and waited. We noticed a sign on the exam room door that said "we respect your time, if you have waited longer than 30 minutes please check with the receptionist". We waited until all patients before us had been called in, then we waited while seven additional patients that arrived after us were called in.
