While construction has not yet begun, our experience thus far with the UBH team in Oklahoma City has been exceptional. From the moment we first walked in—close to closing time on a Friday, of all days—the team has been a tremendous encouragement to our family.
We have been trying to build a home on our land for over 10 years. After years of investing time and money into the property—clearing land, building a road, putting up fencing—it often felt like we never got any closer to actually building. We were continually met with more hurdles.

Building a house can be an incredibly stressful journey, but having the right team in your corner makes all the difference.
A huge shoutout to Courtney and Ron, who are absolutely wonderful to work with. Right from our first meeting, they were incredibly personable, welcoming, and down-to-earth. It never felt like a cold business transaction; they truly took the time to listen to our needs and made us feel like a priority
