My husband booked me a prenatal massage and hands down, one of the best massages I have received to date. Front staff were welcoming and super sweet. The rooms and spaces were clean. Reese, the massage therapist, was wonderful. I’m picky with pressure and she did not disappoint—it was perfect. Let’s just say it was so relaxing that I fell asleep and caught myself snoring 3x! LOL. I wished I lived closer to continue services here on monthly basis, but will definitely book again when I’m back in OKC.

I was having horrible neck and shoulder pain that was causing headaches. Andrea, my massage therapist, was so empathetic. I could tell she really wanted to help and assist in me feeling better. The tightness was improved by the time I left udånder and I feel so much better. I have a history of tight shoulders and will definitely go back to Andrea when this happens again.

As my very first time getting a professional massage, I was already very nervous about being here. Personally I have been much more comfortable at the dentist. Seeing everyone else's glowing reviews, I can tell this is not a popular opinion, but it's mine. If you also feel nervous about getting a massage for the first time- Just don't get one.

I can't say enough good things about this spa! My friend recently beat breast cancer, and she was gifted a complimentary facial here. The experience was beyond incredible. From the moment we walked in, the staff made her feel truly welcomed and cared for. They went above and beyond to create a relaxing and comforting atmosphere, and the kindness they showed meant the world to both of us.
The facial itself was amazing! My friend left feeling completely refreshed and uplifted, which was such a gift after everything she has been through. The generosity and compassion of the team here are truly unmatched.

Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Forest! Whether you have muscle stiffness, arthritis or you are in need of a prenatal massage, he's got you covered. My entire family left here happy and relaxed after enjoying the sauna, foot soak, tea, and massage. I highly recommend this place to pamper yourself or a loved one. Just call in advance to hold your spot with a credit card.

My experience was amazing from start to finish! Amanda at the front was very friendly and welcoming. My massage with Forrest was 10/10 and gave the perfect pressure and attention to sore areas. I get massages regularly, but Forrest was top tier. I’m glad I booked for 90 minutes because that gave him plenty of time to really be intentional. Chloe was so sweet and personable- she did my facial & eyebrow wax/tint and I loved every minute of it! The sounds, smells, & kind team really made my afternoon so relaxing. I will absolutely be back for more!
On a silly, but helpful note, I’d recommend removing your contacts before coming because my eyes were closed for so long and I’m thankful I switched to my glasses before my appointments.
