I wanted to share my experience so far with Trademark Exterior Restoration because I know many people in Springfield are currently reading reviews and trying to decide who to trust with their repairs after the recent hailstorm. This team has been amazing from the very beginning. Their communication and responsiveness have been outstanding, and a huge part of that is thanks to Roxana, our project manager. She doesn't miss a thing and immediately recognizes what needs to be done. She has done an incredible job coordinating with both me and my insurance adjuster, making the entire process much less stressful. If you're shopping around and Trademark Exterior Restoration is one of the companies you're considering, do it! I highly recommend them. And make sure to ask for Roxana—she will make sure everything needed for your project and contract is handled quickly, professionally, and efficiently. I will update my review with before-and-after photos once the project has been completed. However, as a homeowner, the most stressful part of this process has already been handled with care, professionalism, and attention to detail. That alone has made a huge difference.

If their driving is any indicator of their business (as driving a company-branded truck is representing the company), then avoid Trademark. This guy was riding up hard on everybody's bumper in morning rush hour traffic, trying to bully people out of his way when literally nobody was doing anything wrong. 6/4 @ 6:35 AM on I-44N near Will Rogers airport.

We worked with Sabyn from Trademark Exteriors after our roof and siding was damaged from a recent hail storm. I was stressed about the process but Sabyn was able to answer every question I had. I could not have asked for a more professional experience. As far as the workmanship goes, I am very pleased with everything I had done. I will definitely be using them again should I have any more storm damage in the future!!

Trademark Exteriors Restoration just completed a complete re-roof of our home and the process was easy! We worked with Adam and he met with the insurance adjuster and myself and we got the claim process completed and I received payment in a matter of days. Our home required new roof decking, shingles, facia covering and gutters replacement. We replaced the shingles with class 4 impact resistant shingles and I am very pleased with the work the three different contractors performed at my home. I would highly recommend Trademark Exterior Restoration and Adam for any storm damage repair you may need in the future!

Sabyn Somners of Trademark Exteriors Restoration has worked with us on several of our houses after receiving hail and wind damage. She did a great job working with our insurance company making sure all damage was detected and repaired or replaced. She’s persistent and thorough and makes sure the job is complete and correct.
