I signed my son up for class about a year and a half ago to help with dicipline and anger. Shortly after he started classes I saw a change in his attitude and confidence and joined class with him. We have both grown so much due to Master Chos training and look forward to continue with his classes well after receiving our Black belts.

GrandMaster Cho is a great teacher, he doesn't complicate techniques but teaches in a way where the group understands what he is trying to teach. he also expects higher ranked students to do their best and to strive better not only for themselves but to help train lower belt students.

My children and I have been attending for about a year and a half now. Grandmaster Cho is as authentic as they come. He has provided a traditional training of body, mind, and soul and my family reaps the rewards weekly. My daughter has gained confidence to stand up for herself and what’s right. My son has gained self control and mindfulness. He no longer struggles with anger or insecurities. It’s also given me the opportunity to teach my children life lessons in a way they can understand and immediately start to practice.
